Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or third party addresses.
The buyer must make all the necessary arrangements to receive the package from the carrier at the time of delivery. Coffee Magic will not be responsible or liable for the loss or damage to any package(s) left at the buyer's premises by the carrier.
Ground shipping is done with USPS, UPS and local shipper.
All UPS is shipped with no signature required, this is for your convenience. Please ask us if you would like to require a signature for a delivery.
The purchaser is responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment, unclaimed goods and undeliverable packages.
Coffee Magic will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable or responsible for delay or lost shipments.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within two business days. You will be notified about any further delays.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Ground coffee orders are final sale, not returnable.
Customers must place a request prior to returning any merchandise to getcoffeemagic.com. The invoice number must be provided at the time of the request to return merchandise. If the invoice number is not provided the authorization will not be issued.
The invoice number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. All returns without the invoice number written on the outside of the returned package will be refused.
A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
All wrong, missing or damaged item(s) in a shipment must be reported to getcoffeemagic.com within 24 hours of delivery by email.
Please note that the return does not guarantee full store credit or exchange. All merchandise returned is subject to inspection and depending on its condition we will determine whether to issue store credit, exchange or return to sender.

If an incorrect item(s) is received, do not open the product package. Any attempt to use the item will be deemed to be acceptance of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute and the difference in price will be charged to the appropriate account and no further claim can be raised thereafter.
